JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (SCPDA) — In Week 7 of the NFL Season, the Jacksonville Jaguars hosted the Oakland Raiders at EverBank Field. The Jags were on a two game winning streak, and were expected to have a lot of momentum at their home field. However, Blake Bortles struggled against the Oakland defense, throwing two interceptions. Also, he only managed to complete 53.3% of his passes.
Meanwhile, the Oakland Raiders developed a strong lead through the steady performance of Derek Carr and Latavius Murray. By halftime, the score was 20-6, and the Jaguars failed to score a touchdown until the fourth quarter. It was truly a disappointing performance by the Jags in front of their home crowd.
